In the following chapters civil society organizations, representing the LGBTIQ communities and advocating for them, managed to point out the crucial legal problems, that rainbow families have to deal with in their countries; to highlight recent or planned changes, indicate key court rulings and current strategic litigations and also outline the social contexts. What is particularly important, each chapter was concluded with recommendations for changes at the national level, that according to authors\u2019 judgment, would greatly improve the situation of rainbow families in their countries.<\/p>\n

Celem projektu jest tak\u017ce umo\u017cliwienie pe\u0142nego korzystania z\u00a0praw do poszanowania \u017cycia rodzinnego i\u00a0swobody przemieszczania si\u0119 w\u00a0granicach UE poprzez podniesienie \u015bwiadomo\u015bci wp\u0142ywu obecnych przepis\u00f3w prawa na warunki spo\u0142eczno-ekonomiczne i\u00a0jako\u015b\u0107 \u017cycia par os\u00f3b tej samej p\u0142ci.<\/p>\n
